-Harvey Park: Park is one of these rare prospects that has been beating UFC caliber prospects outside the big show. 33 years old. 12-2 pro record. Is well rounded with plus striking and average grappling. Omar Morales is a big unknown because even though he’s 7-0, his wins were over very poor competition. 33 years old. Average grappling. Park is going to stuff the take downs and will knock Morales out in the 1st round.
-Marilia Santos: Top notch fight between two solid prospects. Santos is 26 years old. 10-2 pro record. Her only 2 losses were against elite prospect Mayra Bueno, and Bueno just made her UFC debut submitting Gillian Robertson. And lost to UFC title contender Weili Zhang. But Santos also has wins over a couple quality prospects as well. She’s pretty well rounded. Above average striking, average power. Average grappling. She takes on Lucrezia Ria. 27 years old. 7-2 pro record. Submission specialist with above average grappling. I think Santos’ take down defense will be good enough to keep the fight on the feet and Santos will have a big advantage in the stand up. Santos by decision.
-Herbert Burns: Burns is 31 years old. 8-2 pro record. Above average grappling. He takes on journeyman Darrick Minner. 29 years old. 22-9 pro record. He’s got close to average grappling. Simple fight here. Burns’ grappling is better. Minner is very beatable. 1st round submission win for Burns.
-Andre Muniz: There’s a bunch of reasons for picking Muniz. 29 years old. 17-4 pro record. Above average grappling. Muniz has already way better guys than Taylor Johnson who’s 28 years old with a 5-0 pro record. Only beaten cans. Average striking. Muniz has way more experience. He’s been on the Contender Series before and won. For Johnson, Muniz is easily the toughest fight of his career. And even though Johnson does have a knockout win over a 5-2 wrestler, I still think Muniz is able to take Johnson down and submit him in the 2nd round.
-Dwight Joseph: Jay Perrin is the best the UFC could do opponent wise for Joseph. Perrin has a 5-3 pro record. All his skills are below average. Joseph is 29 years old. 4-0 pro record. Has at least average wrestling. The main question in this fight is can Joseph finish Perrin. He has no reason not to. Joseph by 1st round ground and pound TKO.
