Szalay trains with Alexander Volkanovski at Freestyle in Austrailia. Very confident Szalay’s wrestling is no better than a 60. Also possible his striking could be as low as a 60, but his cardio is great.

Shuai Yin vs Kai Yoshida

I thought the judges got it wrong and that Yin beat eventual Road to UFC winner Kierandip Singh Sahota. This looks like a big mismatch. If a 4-0 grappler who i think has 55-60ish grappling could take down and submit Yoshida in a few minutes, I don’t think Yin will have much of a problem doing the same thing. And it’s not like Yoshida got out classed on the ground years ago. This happened in his last fight, just a few months ago back in January.
Chris’ Pick: Yin by 1st round submission.
What odds I think the favorite should be at: Yin -400

I’m really impressed with Nakamura. He looks like a UFC level fighter. Good length, knows how to use it. Great patience. Watched him knock out a durable, well rounded 6-7-2 fighter who’d never been knocked out before but Nakamura got the KO in the 1st round.
Chris’ Pick: Nakamura by 1st round knockout.
What odds I think the favorite should be at: Nakamura -300
